  • Will you send the same cleaner each time?
    Though we can not guarantee that due to sick days, vacations and emergencies, we will do our best to send the same cleaner each visit.

  • I have never had a housecleaning service before. Should I do anything before the maids arrive?
    Yes, to give you the best results possible, we ask that you pick up toys, clothing and other personal items before the cleaning.   • What if I need to cancel my scheduled appointment?
    Life happens. If you cancel or reschedule 48 hours or more before the cleaning, it is free. Cancelling/rescheduling in less than 48 hours, will cost 50% of your cleaning fee. Why do we need to charge a cancellation/rescheduling fee? We are responsible for paying our cleaning stuff no matter what. If you cancel in less than 48 hours, it is not always enough time for us to find another client who will fill that gap. Cancelation fee does not bring us profit but it let us pay our cleaning stuff and stay in business. Same fee applies to lock outs (when we cant enter the house or turned away at the door). Cancellation Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not fully satisfied, call us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the areas at no additional charge. Please note, we do not offer refunds.
